Ce n\u2019est pas un m\u00e9tier d\u2019homme et Walaa sera ridiculis\u00e9e, harcel\u00e9e et rejet\u00e9e\u2026 Bas\u00e9 sur une histoire vraie, expression consacr\u00e9e qui signale le travail d\u2019enqu\u00eate qui sous-tend le film, celui-ci multiplie les angles pour d\u00e9noncer le patriarcat : le mari est insupportable, c\u2019est lui qui divorce et ma\u00eetrise donc la libert\u00e9 ou non de sa femme, celle-ci est harcel\u00e9e d\u00e8s qu\u2019elle est libre, et elle sera soumise \u00e0 la violence vengeresse. M\u00eame la t\u00e9l\u00e9vision est d\u00e9nonc\u00e9e quand le mari dit \u00e0 sa femme de regarder un feuilleton \u00ab pour voir comment les belles femmes s\u2019occupent de leur mari \u00bb ! Waala se d\u00e9m\u00e8ne et se d\u00e9fend, mais elle r\u00eave aussi de revoir son mari : l\u2019ali\u00e9nation est bien ancr\u00e9e.
